What is the Casa Verde e Amarela program?
It is a Federal Government program, created by the current government in March 2020 to replace the Minha Casa Minha Vida program.
Thus, it brings together housing initiatives to expand housing and meet the needs of all Brazilians.
Furthermore, it works to promote the development of housing to stimulate the growth of urban and rural areas.
In addition to focusing on housing financing for several Brazilians, it also works with fiduciary regularization.
In this program, the government expands the choice of properties with higher values, in addition to offering smaller installments.
Among other advantages, there is also the ease of financing properties for residents of the North and Northeast regions.
Therefore, there is also a new income division to request financing. Thus, the Casa Verde e Amarela program brings good changes for Brazilians looking to finance their own home without paying amounts as high as other financing!

It is undeniable that the Casa Verde e Amarela program is an opportunity for a large number of Brazilians to acquire their own home.
Unfortunately, the entrance fee is still a problem as it is considered high.
With this in mind, deputy Zé Vitor (PL-MG) presented Bill 181/22, which establishes a maximum entry value lower than the current one.
In the project, the entry goes from 20% to 5% to 10% depending on the income of each family. Therefore, the project still awaits approval in the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate.
Since September 2022, the program has offered the Partnership modality, in which states and municipalities contribute 20% of the value of the property, which may include the value of the land. And in return, you can reduce or eliminate the financing down payment if your family has an income of up to R$4 thousand.
And, in addition, it also offers subsidies of up to 20% that also help reduce the down payment, as well as R$130 thousand for urban areas and R$55 thousand for rural areas. From there, you need to know which of these categories you fall into to apply for financing.
