To change your phone number at Caixa Tem, you must go to a Caixa branch and provide your CPF and show your photo ID to change your phone number or any other registration information.
How to create a Caixa TEM login?
To create a login to Caixa Tem, you must install the application on your cell phone, available for Android and iOS. After that, open the application and click on enter and then on “register”.
Then, enter personal data such as CPF, full name, cell phone number, date of birth, email and zip code. Next, create a six-digit numeric password that is different from your CPF number and that has no repetitions and cannot be your date of birth.
So, click on “I’m not a robot”. You will then receive an email and simply click on the link to validate your registration.
After that, return to the menu screen and tap the “allow access” option. When an automatic chat appears, click on the option “tap here to access for the first time”. This way, you will validate your cell phone. Then click “Continue”.
The next step is to click on “receive code”. This code will be sent via SMS, so enter it in the requested field in the application. After that, give your cell phone a name that will be validated and you will be able to access the application normally.
