With this new card, self-employed professionals will be able to access a personalized card with the company's name and access to the Mastercard Surpreenda points program.

Order online
To apply for the Nubank PJ Prateado card, you must already have a self-employed account at the digital bank. Only then will it be possible to apply for the card.
Therefore, once you have your account, just access it by going to the official Nubank application. It is currently not possible to order the card from the bank's online website.
In this way, self-employed professionals who have an account at this digital bank need to go to their application to apply for the card.
Request via phone
In short, the card request can only be made through the application. Therefore, it is not possible to order the Nubank PJ Prateado card from a telephone call.
However, if you have questions about the card application process, you can contact the bank's call center by telephone on 0800 608 6236 at any time of the day.
Request by app
Finally, the card request can be made from the Nubank app! Here it is important to consider that the bank is carrying out a credit analysis to issue the Nubank PJ Prateado card.
Therefore, if you already have a PJ account, you can follow the steps below to request a debit card:
- Access your account and click on the shop avatar;
- Once this is done, select the “Request Debit” option;
- Then choose the address;
- Then enter the company name that will appear on the card;
- Finally, confirm the order by entering your 4-digit password.
But, if you already have the card in the debit function and now want to receive it with the credit function, you first need to update your application to the latest version.
With that done, when logging into your account, an option called “Request credit function” may appear. Click on it, enter the information and wait for the analysis of this request.
If you open your account and this warning is not there, it may indicate that you are not yet eligible to apply for the Nubank PJ Prateado card.
Nubank PJ Silver card or C6 Mei card: which one to choose?
As much as the Nubank PJ Prateado card offers some interesting benefits to the public, you may need to access more features when you have a PJ credit card.
