- Service charge of 35% of flight compensation including applicable VAT (Value Added Tax)
- Legal action fee of 15% of flight compensation including applicable VAT (Value Added Tax)
Therefore, if your request requires legal action, the fee for the compensation amount will be 50%.
There are other options, such as hiring AirHelp through a travel agency. In this situation, the values may vary according to the contract signed between the two parties.

- Enter the date of the flight;
- Select your flight;
- Report the problem (delay, cancellation, overbooking). At this point it will be necessary to explain exactly the problem;
- Fill in the additional information;
- Submit for evaluation.
After submitting your information, just wait for AirHelp to contact you to find out if there is a possibility of being compensated.
Is AirHelp reliable?
