How to access Serasa Consumer?
To access Serasa Consumer, the first step is to have a stable internet connection. Thus, it is possible to both access the Serasa website and also download the application.
The first option is more suitable for notebooks or PCs, however it is also possible to access the site through smartphones and tablets.
Remembering that for all cases you need to be registered on the platform. Otherwise, the system will direct you to the initial registration
Follow the steps below to access the Serasa consumer virtual environment:
- Enter the website serasa.com.br or the Serasa application;
- Insert the digits of your CPF in the initial part and tap on “Consult Now”;
- Then register (in cases of first access);
- At that moment, you need to inform personal data such as the Individual Taxpayer Registration number, birthday, first and last name, email and login password. It is important to remember that the password requires eight characters, including numbers and uppercase and lowercase letters;
- The system still requires account verification for your login to take effect, this process can happen through your digital mailbox or SMS via cell phone;
- Upon receiving the code, inform the serasa system and select the confirmation button to validate your account;
- Now the account is ready and you can access Serasa Consumer whenever you want.
Soon after this process, it will be possible to both check your score and have access to those other advantages that we described above.
How to register again in Serasa consumer?
If you already have an account and haven't logged into Serasa for a long time or used to leave your passwords saved by chance, you'll have to recover your account.
But rest assured, because this process is usually very simple and the consumer Serasa is no different. Still on the login page you will find the option that says “I forgot my password” and this is where the account recovery process begins.
