Then, enter the code that was generated in the Caixa Tem application and click “Confirm”. So, select a withdrawal amount and click “Enter”. After that, finish and the amount will be delivered.

On the other hand, it is also possible to withdraw money even if you have not received your Auxílio Brasil card. To do this, open the Caixa Tem app and click on the option to generate withdrawal code, but be quick as the code is only valid for one hour.

After that, go to a Caixa self-service terminal and enter the option “Withdrawal without card” and click and enter the code at the ATM to carry out the operation.

The Emergency Aid withdrawal option will appear on the cashier's display. Therefore, fill in the beneficiary’s CPF number and click on the “Continue” option. Then, you must enter the six-digit code generated in the application and click “Continue” again. Ready, the values will be passed on to you.

It is important to highlight that the deadline for withdrawing the amounts transferred is up to 120 days from the date of deposit of the benefit. Otherwise, the amounts will be returned to the Ministry of Citizenship.

To see the Auxílio Brasil balance through Caixa Tem, just enter the application, available for Android and iOS, and access the main menu. There, you will see the statement option. Then click on “Show balance” and “Account balance” and the amounts available in the account will appear.

To use the Auxílio Brasil amount through Caixa Tem, you can make transfers. So, enter the app and select the “transfer money” option in the menu.
