What is the Good Food program?
The Comida Boa income transfer benefit is a social financial aid program offered in Paraná. It is aimed at families in situations of poverty, extreme poverty, low income and social vulnerability.
The benefit is continuous, that is, it is paid every month, as long as the beneficiary continues to comply with the rules.
The beneficiary receives R$ 80.00 on a magnetic card every month to help with food costs.
The deposit of amounts is made on the 25th of each month and the benefit cannot be withdrawn, only used directly for purchases in supermarkets, emporiums, markets, etc.
How does the program work?
The functioning of the Comida Boa program is quite simple, since it has a very restricted target audience and access rules.
It is available to economically and socially vulnerable families with a per capita income of up to R$ 200.00. In addition, priority is given to families that do not receive Emergency Aid or Brazil Aid.
For this, it is necessary that the benefit holder is duly registered in the CadÚnico and that the registration has been updated in a maximum of two months.
Also, every three months, there is a review of the program's beneficiaries, to ensure that only the really needy families represent the values.
What are the benefits of the program?
The Comida Boa program has many advantages for citizens of Paraná, such as:
- Destined for families in social vulnerability;
- Every three months there is a benefit analysis, so that only the people who really need it;
- Values of up to R$ 80.00 per month;
- It can be used in any supermarket around Brazil, in addition to neighborhood markets, warehouses, etc;
- Concession of continuous benefit, therefore, if you are in the prerequisites, you can have the benefit continuously on your card;

Who is entitled to the Good Food program?
To be part of the Comida Boa program, you must have some prerequisites. These points are, for example:
- The beneficiary must be regularly registered with CadÚnico, with a registration updated in the last two months;
- The CPF must be regularized with the Federal Revenue Service;
- Have monthly per capita family income not exceeding R$ 200.00;
- Preferably, who is not receiving Brazil Aid or Emergency Aid;
- etc.
How to enroll in the Good Food program?
There is no way to register for this benefit specifically. In order for you to be contemplated, you must always have your data up to date in CRAS and CadÚnico.
In this way, through analysis of the database, you will be able to access the Comida Boa program.
According to data from the official website of the city of Paraná, every 90 days the system verifies the list of possible beneficiaries. If they are within the prerequisites of the program, they are contacted via telephone or via CRAS.
