Who watched the movie Hotel Rwanda must remember the background of the story, which was one of greatest genocides in the history of mankind: the Rwandan genocide, also known as the Tutsi genocide. The massacre took place between April 7 and July 15, 1994, during the Rwandan Civil War, killing between 500,000 and one million Rwandans in a period of 100 days, of which about 701,800 were Tutsi.
