10. Schindler's Factory
Who has never cried while watching the beautiful and moving film “Schindler's List“, isn’t it?! Not surprisingly, the story that tells the life of the German businessman who saved more than a thousand Jews during the Holocaust by employing them in his factory was a box office success and won seven Oscars, including Best Picture.
As you can imagine, Schindler's factory, where the story takes place, has become one of the biggest tourist attractions in Krakow, a city in Poland, especially for those who are fans of war tourism. Transformed into a museum, the building is open to the public and the first permanent exhibition was about life in the city during the Nazi occupation. The exhibition consists of the biography of Oskar Schindler and the employees of his factory. In short, a must-see for anyone interested in the subject!
