- Up to R$ 225 thousand: In this case, valid for metropolitan regions of São Paulo, Federal District and Rio de Janeiro.
- R$ 200 thousand: Valid for the metropolitan regions of Paraná, Santa Catarina, Rio Grande do Sul, Espírito Santo and Minas Gerais.
- Up to R$ 180 thousand: In this case, valid for the rest of the cities, except for those with less than 20 thousand inhabitants.
- R$ 90 thousand: In this case, valid for municipalities with less than 20,000 inhabitants.
Well, the installments will be automatically calculated and announced even before the contract is signed, and after the stipulated period of 30 days, the first payment will be made.
It is important to mention that payments can be made via direct debit or bank slip. If it is through debit, the installment will be automatically debited from the account. If using a bank slip, payment can be made at bank or lottery agencies.

Well, there are several advantages in the Minha Casa Minha Vida program. Initially, interest rates on this loan are lower. That's because the interest varies from 6% to 8% per year, being much lower than the interest on common financing.
