Therefore, Vale Gás is an aid managed by the Ministry of Citizenship, which is responsible for sending the aid payment to Caixa Econômica Federal.

Incidentally, it is important to note that the benefit is not offered every month to families. Every two months, the Ministry of Citizenship automatically selects the families that will receive the benefit in the indicated month.

Who is entitled to receive Vale Gas?

- Families enrolled in CadÚnico with monthly income from half the minimum wage per person;

What is the value of Vale Gas?

Namely, the average value is defined by the National Petroleum Agency, which publishes, by the tenth working day of the month, the average that the gas cylinder was sold in the previous months.

Therefore, to enroll in Vale Gás, it is enough for the family to be registered in the Cadastro Único, also known as CadÚnico.
It is from this register that the Ministry of Citizenship is able to identify the families and select them to receive the benefits.
For you to register with CadÚnico, just go to a nearby CRAS or a CadÚnico service station to register.
Here, it is only necessary that one member of the family attend the post, therefore the documents of the other members, namely:
- RG and CPF;
- Birth certificate;
- Voter title;
- Work Card;
- Wedding certificate;
- RANI (Administrative Registration of Indigenous Birth) for indigenous people.

How to receive the benefit?
After registering with CadÚnico and being accepted for the Vale Gás benefit, people will finally be able to receive the aid.
Payment is made to Caixa Econômica Federal accounts, which can be savings or current.
