Check out who owns this luxury item
Having a lot of money in hand makes it possible to acquire and conquer different dreams and desires. Among them, having your own plane.
Although many think this is an endless extravagance, the truth is that many need to have this fast and easily accessible means of transport due to work.
This, for example, is the case of many celebrities, such as the comedian Whindersson Nunes, who performs one after the other in several cities in the country.
If you want to know who these people own this luxury item (and, many times, extremely necessary), then check out the 15 Brazilians who have their own plane!
What are the 15 Brazilians who have their own plane?
1. Whindersson Nunes
Let's start our text about the 15 Brazilians who have their own plane talking about the spoiler already given in the introduction: Whindersson Nunes.
It is undeniable that the comedian has come a long way, much more than he himself would have imagined: at just 25 years old, he built an empire on Youtube, with almost 40 million subscribers, one of the biggest channels in Brazil.
Such success made Whindersson Nunes fill his pockets with money and his concert schedule was full.
Faced with this combination of factors (money + lack of time), the comedian acquired a private plane to make his life easier.
His chosen one was a Cessna 550, a twin-engine executive class plane considered medium-sized, with turbofan engine and capable of comfortably transporting seven or eight passengers.
What a power, no?!
2. Carlinhos Maia
And since we're talking about comedian, how about we talk about Carlinhos Maia?! Considered the King of Instagram (because he only loses to Kim Kardashian in the views of world stories), the comedian is an absolute success.
Thanks to the hilarious stories of everyday life in Vila Primavera, in Penedo (AL), where he was raised, Carlinhos Maia gained national notoriety and, with that, managed to have his shows all sold out, earning a good sum.
Such success made Carlinhos Maia one of the best-paid entertainment Brazilians today.
With the money earned, she bought a huge mansion, gave her husband a BMW Roadster valued at R$700 thousand and, of course, acquired a jet to call her own.
Costing around R$ 7.5 million, with space for the pilot and three passengers, the aircraft was part of the comedian's dreams. Glad he got there and made it, isn't it?!
3. Luan Santana
One of the greatest voices of the sertanejo in Brazil is, without a doubt, Luan Santana.
He, who began his career writing songs for great country duos, is now one of the most successful singers in our country.
No wonder, their schedule of shows is full, even making more than one presentation per day to meet all their demand.
With that, having a private jet to get around is much more than pure ostentation. In Luan Santana's case, it's really necessary.
The singer won a Cessna Citation CJ3 in 2017, valued at over R$ 16 million. According to the artist himself, the private aircraft is used almost exclusively for work.
4. Gustavo Lima
Another singer from the sertanejo branch who is pure success is Gusttavo Lima.
The artist is often in the media because of his songs, which are always among the most listened to on Spotify, as well as his personal life, which is pure ostentation.
For example, in January 2020, he impressed by showing the huge facade of his farm, where it was even the stage of his 'Boteco em Casa' lives that took place during the quarantine caused by COVID-19.
However, don't think that Gusttavo Lima's exhibitionism ends here.
In 2019, he spared no effort to squander his new acquisition: a Gulfstream G100 twin-engine aircraft that weighs about 6 tons, being the same type used by the United States Air Force.
The jet costs around R$ 48 million and has leather seats, automatic door with ladder that lights up, minibar and much more. It's impressive!
5. Eduardo Costa
Like Gusttavo Lima, another singer who loves to show off his luxurious life on social media is Eduardo Costa.
From his luxury car valued at 2 million reais to his tours in helicopters or speedboats, the great truth is that the artist is practically synonymous with ostentation.
Obviously, Eduardo Costa couldn't help but also boast a private jet among all his luxury toys, right?
And that's exactly what he does when he posts a photo in front of his aircraft with a caption praising God.
Despite all his exhibitionism on his social networks, Eduardo Costa had a problem with justice a few days ago, having his assets seized.
There is even a millionaire debt with the singer Gusttavo Lima. Will he keep up his ostentatious life after this one? Following!
6. Lucas Lucco
To end the sertanejo universe in our list of Brazilians who have their own plane, we could not fail to mention the singer Lucas Lucco.
He, who is known for squandering his good shape on his Instagram feed, also tends to show his material goods, such as his cars and his private jet.
The shots taken inside your aircraft are the most diverse. With his playful way, he already made a post mocking the space of his jet – or lack thereof – with a caption “You can come calmly, it’s up to you”.
At another time, the singer made a statement to his fiancée, Lorena Carvalho, writing “I love you to heaven”.
7. Kevin
Like sertanejo, another musical rhythm whose artists love to flaunt on social media is funk. Among the funk artists, MC Kevinho is certainly one of the ones who most shows off his luxurious life on Instagram.
At just 21 years old, the artist can claim to be the owner of a beautiful mansion, million-dollar cars and, of course, a private jet.
To deal with the busy concert schedule and move from one city to another, the funk artist uses a luxurious jet that he loves to show off on social networks.
Its model is not known for sure, but, from the images of its interior released by the artist himself, it is possible to imagine that it is an aircraft of the highest luxury.
With that, Kevinho is once again on our list of Brazilians who have their own plane.
8. MC Livinho
Joining hands with Kevinho in terms of ostentation in the funk music business, MC Livinho is also another artist who spares no effort to show off on social media.
Like his co-worker, the 25-year-old funk singer owns several luxury goods, including a penthouse in the city of São Paulo and a private plane.
Regarding the MC Livinho aircraft, it was reported that the artist had disbursed the amount of 6 million reais to acquire it.
By the way, this amount did not weigh heavily on the funk singer's pocket, since he usually goes on stage about 25 times a month, with his fee for each show being R$ 150,000.
Doing a quick math, MC Livinho has a gross monthly revenue of R$3,750,000, which is just over 60% of the value of his jet. That is, money is definitely not an issue for him…
9. Wesley Safadão
If someone asks you the name of a successful northeastern singer who is nationally known and popular, you can answer Wesley Safadão without batting an eye.
After all, there is no one who has not listened to his music "Cabin", which was the first single of his solo career, or that didn't get the chorus “99% angel, perfect, but that 1% is a bum” in the head.
Such success allowed Wesley Safadão to reach where many artists would like to reach.
Their concert schedule is always full and, consequently, their pockets are filling with money day after day.
To meet all the work demand, Wesley Safadão secured a private aircraft worth R$16 million. Nothing fairer for those who have so much money, right?
10. Luciano Huck
In 2015, presenter Luciano Huck, along with his wife Angélica, their 3 children and the nanny, suffered a plane accident, where the pilot had to make a forced landing.
Fortunately, no one was injured in this tragedy, but it is inevitable that an episode like this leaves trauma for those involved.
Well, this does not seem to be the case for Luciano Huck. Four years after his accident, the presenter bought an Embraer Phenom 300 aircraft to fulfill his constant commitments in Brazil.
The presenter's aircraft, whose total value was R$ 20,838,054.81, has a flight range of 3,650 kilometers and can carry up to 8 passengers.
However, behind this purchase there is an interesting detail. Few people know, but 85% of its total cost was financed with public money from BNDES. So, what do you think of this situation, huh?
11. Adriano Emperor
Although soccer player Adriano Imperador is one of the rich Brazilians who lost almost everything, he continues to maintain the pose and squander his luxurious life on social media.
As we mentioned in our text on the subject, the former athlete does not skimp when it comes to showing off his material possessions, which range from his personalized 'trademark' car to his mansion.
Among Adriano Imperador's properties, there is an imperial jet, model PR-NJT – 1976 westwind 1124 Aircraft, valued at R$ 3.5 million.
Nowadays, due to the ex-player's critical financial situation, the aircraft is on loan to his friend and singer Alexandre Pires.
In this way, Adriano was freed from the pet's maintenance fee, which costs more than R$ 50,000 per month.
12. Neymar
Of course, the highest paid athlete in Brazil and the third in the world would not be left out of our list of Brazilians who own their own plane.
The player Neymar disbursed the incredible amount of 12 million dollars to have a private jet to call his own. The chosen one was a Citation, from the year 2010, purchased from the shoe company Arezzo.
In 2019, however, Neymar acquired another private aircraft. This time, the chosen one was the Embraer Legacy 450, being one of the few executive aircraft that has computerized 100% controls.
With a top speed of 870 km/h and capacity for up to nine passengers, you have to pay US$16.6 million to buy one.
13. Luciano Hang
One of the most controversial businessmen in Brazil, especially with regard to political opinions, Luciano Hang owns the Havan megastores, which sell national and imported items wholesale and retail.
In 2019, he became part of the Forbes billionaires list and, this year, he maintained his well-deserved place. With this, you can imagine that money is not a problem for Hang, right?
With a fortune estimated at 3.6 billion dollars, Luciano Hang can say that he is a successful businessman.
No wonder, you can also do certain whims, such as, for example, buying one of the largest jets in the world, the Bombardier Global 6000, which is valued at nothing more, nothing less, than R$ 250 million!
The aircraft has capacity for up to 17 passengers, in addition to the crew, and makes nonstop flights between São Paulo and European capitals or large cities in the United States, a country to which the businessman travels frequently.
14. Aloysio de Andrade Faria
Few know Aloysio de Andrade Faria, but he is definitely one of the richest men in this country.
Founder of Grupo Alfa, Aloysio de Andrade Faria has a fortune estimated at around 2.5 billion dollars, which allows him to acquire most of the items he desires.
Among your possessions, you couldn't miss a private jet, could you? Five years ago, the Brazilian banker and businessman purchased a new jet that cost him around R$ 95 million.
His new toy is a Falcon 2000 EX, from France's Dassault, the favorite aircraft manufacturer of wealthy Brazilians.
The twin-engine aircraft has the capacity to carry 10 to 12 passengers, depending on the configuration chosen by the owner, and has a range of up to 5,500 kilometers nonstop.
15. Jorge Paulo Lemann
Discreet, little is known about the personal life of the richest man in Brazil, Joseph Safra. However, the same cannot be said about the second richest, Jorge Paulo Lemann, one of the founders of the company Ambev.
Although her life is not an open book, much is known about her, especially with regard to her assets, such as her private jet.
Owner of a Falcon 7X, with capacity for up to 19 passengers and capable of going from São Paulo to London or Los Angeles, Lemann is the last name on our list of Brazilians who have their own plane. Could, right?
With Jorge Paulo Lemann's jet, we reach the end of our text about Brazilians who have their own plane.
And then, after reading everything, can you imagine which jet you would call yours if you were very rich and had the money to buy one? You can be sure that we have! Good thing dreaming is free, right?
