Auxílio Brasil, after being released to the beneficiary, can be blocked for several reasons. The most common is outdated data in the Single Registry.

This is where the Federal Government collects the main information from citizens and checks whether they meet the prerequisites to be part of the social program.

Therefore, the most recommended thing is to update your CadÚnico whenever you change address or there is a departure from the family, birth, etc.

It is worth remembering that it is possible to view the registration through the app and periodically check whether it still has updated data to guarantee your benefit.

If your Auxílio Brasil is blocked, go to the CRAS (Social Assistance Reference Center) closest to you to find out the address of the Single Registry Service Point.

This way, you can update your registration. Unfortunately, there is no way to unlock assistance online or via an app.

If you prefer, check the My CadÚnico app for the nearest registration and update location and, therefore, update as soon as possible to receive your benefit normally again.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to unlock the card via the app. To do this, you must call 111, the Caixa Federal Customer Service Center, and follow the steps indicated by the attendant.

After completing this step, just go to a lottery unit or Caixa Econômica branch closest to you and complete the unlocking.

Recently, the Federal Government announced the issuance of new Auxílio Brasil cards. It is a modernized version of previous models, featuring a chip and debit function to facilitate everyday purchases and payments.
