Caixa Construcard: up to 240 months to pay
Caixa Construcard credit can enable you to fulfill your dream of carrying out that renovation or starting your construction. With it, you can finance the purchase of the construction material necessary for your work.
How does Caixa Construcard credit work?
In principle, Caixa's Construcard card works as a line of credit. It is like financing for the purchase of construction materials in stores accredited by Caixa to make your work viable.
Well, when purchasing the card you have two to six months to purchase everything you need for your construction or renovation. With it, it is possible to buy all kinds of building materials, such as bricks, paints, frames, floors, tiles, lighting, custom cabinets, heaters, solar energy devices, swimming pools, among others.
Furthermore, the use of the Construcard card is carried out in two steps. The first consists of using the credit card balance agreed upon when contracting the financing, which must occur within six months. At this stage, the customer only pays the interest on the purchases made.
The second stage is the payment of the outstanding balance or amortization. This phase can vary from 1 to 240 months according to the previously signed contract. In addition, payment will be made monthly by debiting a current account until the financing is settled. Remembering that this step starts only after the purchase period is finished.
What is the Caixa Construcard credit limit?
In this sense, the Caixa Construcard credit limit is in accordance with the credit analysis carried out by the Caixa agency. Therefore, there is no defined maximum limit, and each customer must be analyzed in advance to carry out a cadastral survey and credit risk analysis.
Then, if the request is approved, you must sign the service contract and wait for your Construcard card to arrive at the agency or at your residence, at your choice.
Is Caixa Construcard credit worth it?

Benefits
The Caixa Construcard card is certainly very practical, as once approved it will be used as a debit card. That is, you make your purchases without bureaucracy.
In addition, the network of stores accredited by Caixa is quite extensive and you have many options when buying your construction material.
Even more, the card also has some special conditions in case you provide payment guarantees (such as fiduciary alienation of property and real estate). With this you can get better conditions when making your financing.
Likewise, it still has very flexible terms for debt payment, which can be from 1 to 240 months (20 years).
Disadvantages
On the other hand, there are some disadvantages when it comes to Caixa Construcard credit. For example, you cannot pay off any other construction debt using the card. It exclusively covers construction and renovation inputs.
Therefore, you can only use the balance to purchase materials. That is, it is not possible to pay for unplanned labor or furniture.
In addition, not all establishments are accredited by Caixa. In this case, you are unable to use the card in these stores.
