How does the Bradesco Property Renovation Credit Plan work?
Well, the Bradesco Reforma Credit is intended for the construction and renovation of properties. Through the SFH credit line, you can finance up to 70% of your work with interest of less than 1% per month.
Furthermore, it is important to remember that you need to have 30% of the work completed and the minimum amount for financing is R$350,000.00.
It is also important to mention that labor is not included in the financing.
Therefore, this line of credit is intended for the construction and renovation of properties up to R$1,000,000.00. So, you have up to 25 years to pay the amount owed, and you may or may not use your FGTS to pay the debt.
After hiring the service, you have up to two years to finish building or renovating your home and you have up to two months to pay the first installment of the financing.
Furthermore, when your financing is approved, you must choose which method of calculation for the payment of the installments. Bradesco offers the SAC, Constant Amortization System, where the installment value is higher at the beginning and lower at the end. Or Price Table, where the value is lower at the beginning and higher at the end of the installments. The minimum installment for the Bradesco Credit is R$$200.00.
So, after the credit is approved, you will have to pay some fees before signing the contract. Bradesco requests a Feasibility Study of the Work, and the client must also take out Mandatory Home Insurance.
After approval of the Study, the client must then register the contract at a notary's office and payment of the fee is also his/her responsibility.
Only after approval and purchase of the Insurance, you can sign the contract and the amount will be available.
What is the limit for the Bradesco Property Renovation Credit Plan?
Well, this financing from Bradesco bank has a minimum value of R$350,000.00 and a maximum limit of R$5,000,000.00.
However, properties valued at over R$1,500,000.00 will not be able to use the FGTS to pay off the debt.
Is Bradesco Credit for Property Renovation worth it?
First of all, it is important to analyze the situation and understand the real reasons why financing is necessary. It is also important to consider whether the installment amount fits within your budget.
The Bradesco Reforma Credit Card has one of the lowest monthly interest rates on the market, and if you are unable to pay for the work in cash, it is a great financing option.
So, if the cost of the construction or renovation you want to carry out is high, taking out a loan is the best option for you.
Furthermore, Bradesco financing offers some advantages, such as interest rates of less than 1% per month, and a two-month period to start paying the first installment.
In addition, you still have up to 25 years to pay off the debt in installments and the installments have a minimum value of R$$200.00. The ease of payment is also an attraction, since the installments are debited from your current account.
Financing can also be a good option as you avoid accumulating different installments at different construction stores, concentrating all expenses in a single loan installment.
How to get a Bradesco Reforma Credit Plan?
First, you need to go to a Bradesco branch closest to you to choose amounts and terms.
Next, you must present the necessary documents so that your credit analysis can be carried out by the bank.
After approval, the institution requests that a study of the work be carried out. Once the study is approved, Bradesco will draw up the contract and you will need to take out Mandatory Home Insurance.
