Will there be a Caixa competition in 2022?
In summary, in 2022, Caixa Econômica Federal has not yet held any competition to integrate more people into the bank.
Thus, when observing its tender history, we see that the last time the banking institution held a tender was in 2021. The tender was exclusively for People with Disabilities and provided for around 1000 vacancies for immediate hiring.
As much as the number of vacancies is large, the number of subscribers is always greater. Because of this, the institution tries to launch new contests. However, to be able to pass and start working at Caixa, study and preparation are necessary.
What to study for the Caixa 2022 contest?
By the way, we all know that passing a contest is not always an easy task, but it is certainly not impossible. As much as the tests ask for different knowledge of the candidates, we managed to find a lot of study material on the internet.
Thus, Caixa's competitions are based on objective and essay tests. In addition, it is possible to find in some specific positions the request for evaluation of titles.
But, regarding the knowledge required in the tests, there is a little variation depending on the position for which the competition is being held. In the case of mid-level bank technician positions held in the 2021 tender, knowledge was requested about:
- Ethic;
- Current affairs;
- Mathematics;
- Logical reasoning;
- Portuguese language;
- Specific Legislation;
- Banking knowledge;
- Service knowledge;
- Knowledge of information technology.
Now, for those who had already completed their higher education studies, there were other topics on their test, namely:
- Mathematics;
- Notions of Law;
- Portuguese language;
- Computer skills;
- Ethics and Social and Business Responsibility.
In this way, the objective test of the contest addressed issues of the themes mentioned above, each of which has a different weight in the test. Thus, this weight defines which of the subjects is the most important or has a greater number of questions.
In addition, in the dissertation test, it was necessary to produce an essay talking about how modern life has been negatively and positively impacted by advances in technology.
How to study for the Caixa Econômica Federal exam?
The best way to start working at Caixa is to study and prepare for the test. That way, you increase your chances of being in the best positions to be approved.
But for that, it is interesting to know how the study for this contest is done. This way, you can prepare for it in a more efficient and productive way. With that in mind, here are three tips to help you with that!
Find out as much as possible about the Caixa contest
The first thing to keep in mind is that you need to know in depth what the test will be done. That way, by better understanding its structure, format and subjects, you can study better for it.
So, after knowing as much as possible about the test and how it is applied, it is interesting that you look for the main materials you will need to carry out the study. Items like:
- Books;
- Videos on Youtube;
- Study guides;
- Specific slides;
- Between others.
It is very interesting to take notes to make your life easier at the time of study. In addition, it is also essential that you analyze the knowledge you already have in the subjects of the test.
This way, it will be easier for you to know which subject you are comfortable with and which one is more difficult. By knowing them, it is easier to know which one to focus on more.
Find out about the most important topics in the test
A very interesting practice to be carried out when applying for a Caixa contest is to check in the public notice the main themes that will be covered and the score that each one of them will receive.
That way, by doing this, you can already know which is the most important and which needs more dedication in the study.
This will help you when it comes to prioritizing which subjects should be studied further. This way, you can create an efficient schedule.
Develop your own study schedule
After all of your research on the exam and its topics, you should create a completely customized study schedule.
As much as there are several schedules ready to study in Caixa's contests, it is essential that you work on creating your own. As much as ready-made schedules seem easier, it's important to note that they don't always work out for everyone.
Each person is different and will absorb studies differently too. Therefore, it is interesting to self-assess and check how you can better absorb knowledge and thus create an ideal schedule.
That way, to help with the process, you can still use a ready-made schedule as a basis and adapt it to your needs. That way, it will be easier to follow him with constancy.
What is the salary of a Caixa Econômica Federal employee?
In short, the most important and sought-after part of competitions is the salary. After all, all the work involved in preparing and studying for Caixa's competitions is for the purpose of getting a good job.
In this way, it is essential to know the wages that the banking institution applies. In this case, Caixa works with a personalized job and salary plan for its employees.
Thus, this plan covers two categories of careers that you can have at the institution:
- Administrative: which covers the position of bank technician;
- Professional: covers the positions of occupational physician, lawyer, engineer, among others.
Thus, wages between them vary according to the position and working hours, but can range from R$3,000.00 to R$27,996.00.
