What are the requirements to take the Unified TSE exam?
As in most public tenders in the country, the person interested in enrolling in the unified TSE tender will need to meet some basic participation requirements.
First of all, it is necessary to consider that each position that will have a vacancy being made available by the contest may have different requirements for the person to be able to participate.
But, in summary, for most positions, there are basic requirements that you need to meet, such as those mentioned below.
- Be over 18 years old and be a native or naturalized Brazilian;
- Be up to date with your electoral and military obligations;
- Have documents proving your educational level required by the position;
- Possess physical and mental aptitude for the chosen position;
- Not be part of any political party directory;
- Not having a record related to the existing penalties in article 137 of Law n.º 8.112/1990 while exercising some previous public function.
Therefore, by having these requirements and those related to your position of interest, it is already possible to register for the contest when it has been released.
However, if you do not meet any of the requirements above, be aware that the unified TSE exam is not the only one in force in the country.
