Firstly, you can request your Dotz credit card on the Banco do Brasil website. To do this, you must log in to internet banking and then find the credit card options in the Menu. Finally, simply provide the necessary data and forward the request.
Request via phone
On the other hand, it is also possible to apply for the card over the phone. See, therefore, the telephone numbers according to the place from which the call originated:
- 4004 0001: For capitals and the metropolitan area;
- 0800 724 0001: For other locations.
Request by app
