Online loan with low interest rates and up to 240 months to pay
The Itaú loan with property guarantee is a great option for you to access a larger amount of credit, with low interest and more time to pay.
And the best thing is that, as it is a more established bank, you can apply for your loan in several ways.
Here you can make the purchase online, at a nearby branch and even through Itaú banking correspondents.
So, if you want to know how to take out this loan through the main channels, stay with us and we'll show you everything!
Order online
First, let's see how the online Itaú loan application works, which is the one that takes place from its official website.
To do this, simply access the website, log into your checking account and click on the “Menu” option. Then, select the “Credit” option and then the “Credit secured by property” option.
By doing this, you will be able to perform a credit simulation and submit your proposal. The experts will then analyze it and contact you to request the remaining documentation.
Namely, to take out an Itaú loan, the following documents are initially requested:
- ID or driver's license to identify you;
- Proof of your marital status;
- Property tax (IPTU) for the property
- Updated property registration.
This way, with this in hand, the bank will analyze the documents and the property, as well as generate the contract relating to the loan.
So, after signing and notarizing it, your loan will be made and you can wait for the credit to be released into your account.
Request via phone
Namely, many banks also allow you to take out a loan via a phone call.
However, in the case of the Itaú loan, the only way to do so is through digital means or by visiting an official branch of the bank.
Request by app
Finally, to request a loan through the app, you will go through the same steps as for a loan taken out on the website.
To do this, simply open the app and access your checking account. When you do this, simply click on “Services” and select the “Credit” option. This will display the “Credit secured by real estate” option.
By clicking on it, you will simulate the credit and send your proposal to the bank. After they analyze it, you can send all the requested documentation and the bank will generate the contract for signing.
Itaú loan with property guarantee or Creditas: which one to choose?
In addition to the Itaú loan, another credit option with property guarantee that you can take out is Creditas.
In short, this well-established company offers a loan where you can transform up to 60% of the property value into collateral and pay it off in up to 20 years with very low interest rates.
