Therefore, if you are interested in this type of credit and want to request your real estate financing with Banco Santander, just check out this post on how the request is made!
Order online
In short, the entire Santander bank real estate loan application process takes place online. To do this, you first need to access the bank's website.
Through it, it is possible to simulate financing. To do this, you need to fill out the form with your personal details and the proposal you received from the real estate agency to find out how much the bank can finance for you.
With this done, you will now know if Santander approves the credit for you. If so, you can continue sending the necessary documentation and wait until the bank carries out the technical assessment of the property.
Until you know the answer, you can follow the analysis using internet banking or the bank's own application.
Once everything is ok, you can now sign the contract. This is the only stage where you will need to go to a Santander branch. After that, just wait for the credit to be released.
Request via phone
At the moment, Banco Santander does not request real estate financing via telephone. This way, you can only apply for credit online, as described above.
But, if you want to get in touch with an agent, the bank itself provides a specific channel for you to talk about financing. To do this, simply contact the numbers below.
- Capitals and metropolitan regions: 4004 9090;
- Other locations: 0800 772 9090.
The financing support channel operates from Monday to Saturday, from 7am to 8pm on weekdays, and on Saturdays, from 9am to 2pm.
Request by app
Even though Banco Santander also has its own application, it is still not possible to request financing through this channel. Therefore, to request it, you must go to the bank's official website.
But, after making the request, you can monitor the status of your financing from the app. Here, you can find out if the analyzes were carried out and if the credit was released to the seller.
