Order online
In short, Santander student loans are applied for in a hybrid way. This way, you start the request online and then complete it in person at one of the Santander branches.
Therefore, the student must first apply online. To make this happen, just follow the steps below.
- Access the official funding website, fill out the funding application and request your university's signature;
- After that, deliver the following documents to the Santander manager for him to carry out the credit analysis:
- RG and CPF;
- Financing application;
- Income Tax Declaration;
- Last three payslips;
- Proof of residence of the student and the guarantor.
So, when your credit analysis is approved, you can go to a Santander branch in person to sign the contract. In this way, you will receive a payment statement that must be taken to your university's finance department.
Request via phone
At first, Santander does not apply for student loans over the phone. But if the student has questions, he can contact us through the following channels:
- Capitals and metropolitan regions: 4004 9090;
- Other locations: 0800 722 9090.
These numbers are open from Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 8 pm, and on Saturdays, from 9 am to 2 pm.
Request by app
For the time being, the Santander student loan application only takes place from the official website, concluding at the bank's in-person branch.
As much as it has an application, it is only possible to consult your financing, where you can find the paid slips and those that still have to be paid.
