However, to have access to the card, you must have a good relationship with XP. This is because to apply for the XP card, the customer must have at least R$50,000 invested in the financial institution.

It is also not possible to apply over the phone. But the customer service is present in the following lines:

  1. Access the XP application;
  2. Then click on “Order my card”;
  3. Read the terms and confirm your information;
  4. After that, choose the card name and expiration date;
  5. Just like creating a password for plastic;
  6. Finally, use face authentication to confirm the order.
