The Caju card emerged in 2020 to revolutionize the way employees receive their benefits. Thus, from there, it became possible to receive all the benefits that the company offers on a single card.
This way, employees can have more flexibility when choosing how they will use their benefit. Furthermore, human resources sectors can be more practical by making all payments in one place.
And let's not forget that all of this is free for companies! So, if you want to know how the Caju card application process works, just stay with us in this post!
Order online
First of all, we can already say that the request is made online. Therefore, you don't need to travel anywhere to access this card!
This way, to request the Caju card online, just go to their official website and click on the “I want Caju” button.
So, when you do this, a form will appear for you to fill out with your contact and company information.
Soon after sending it, you may receive contact from a company specialist, where he or she will seek to better understand your needs in order to offer the best that the card offers.
This way, after talking to the attendant and informing the categories that your company wants to have, simply register each employee in your company.
This way, Caju will be able to issue the card in their name and send it to each employee. The delivery estimate that the company offers is 5 to 7 business days. Everything will depend on the region to be delivered.
Request via phone
In principle, at the moment the only way to request the Caju card is through its digital channels, such as the website. Therefore, it is not yet possible to request it from a phone call.
But, if you want to talk to them by phone, you can call the Caju call center at (11) 4118 3826.
Request by app
Finally, Caju offers its own application, available for both Android and iOS devices, where its employees can check the transactions made and the balance on the card.
But, at the moment, Caju does not inform about the possibility of requesting the card from the application. Normally, the application is available to those who already have the card and want to manage the benefits.
