Order online
Therefore, when accessing the site, the customer is informed that he must look for an agency to apply for the card. In other words, Caixa cards are only requested in person. Therefore, go to a bank branch or correspondent with:
- Identity;
- CPF;
- Proof of address;
- Proof of income.
Request via phone
It is not possible to apply for the card over the phone. However, you can contact the bank with questions. To do this, call:
