09. Vitória (ES)
Considered the best capital in the Southeast Region to live in, Vitória has been gaining more and more positions in quality of life evaluations of Brazilian cities. So much so that, according to a study by the Mongeral Aegon Longevity Institute, in partnership with the São Paulo Business Administration School of the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV/EAESP), Vitória was considered the 9th city in Brazil with the best longevity rate.
Thanks to its excellent performance when it comes to the best cities to retire in Brazil, Vitória took its place on our list with great merit. Among its highlights are the Community Centers for the Elderly, the CCTI's. They are public spaces that offer elderly people living in Vitória workshops, actions or activities, such as physical, educational, artistic and cultural.
