How do I track my Auxílio Brasil card?
The new Auxílio Brasil cards began to be distributed at the end of June. If you want to know the status of your card or track its delivery, contact Caixa's Customer Service Center.
To do so, call 0800 104 0104 or 4004 0104. Or, if you prefer, you can track the delivery of your card by visiting the Caixa branch closest to you.
Unfortunately, there is still no way to track the delivery of the new Auxílio Brasil card through the Caixa Tem app or the social program itself.
The Federal Government also did not provide information on whether this functionality will be released this year.
What is the Auxílio Brasil card for?
The new Auxílio Brasil card was designed to modernize the social program and also to bring more comfort, security and facilities to beneficiaries.
Therefore, the Auxílio Brasil card is used to use the balance in the digital social savings account for debit purchases, to withdraw part of the balance or the full amount and also to make payments.
In other words, these new features allow beneficiaries to make everyday purchases and payments without going directly to Caixa's payment channels.
And also, make withdrawals at any Banco24Horas network ATM and at Caixa Econômica terminals.
How do I register my Auxílio Brasil card?
If you have arrived here and have not yet requested your Auxílio Brasil card, check below how to register and be part of the income transfer program.
To apply for the Auxílio Brasil program, the family must be registered in the Single Registry, the official way to register for other Government Social Programs. In addition, the data must be up to date.
It is also important to check whether you meet the program's prerequisites: families living in poverty, extreme poverty and low income, with pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, young people between 0 and 21 years of age, children and adolescents.
Furthermore, per capita family income must be less than R$$105.00 for families in extreme poverty and R$$210.00 for families in poverty.
If you meet the prerequisites, look for the person responsible for the program at the city hall or CRAS (Social Assistance Reference Center) in your city and register with CadÚnico, if you haven't already, and if you are already registered, the person responsible will provide important information.
It is worth noting that every month, the Ministry of Citizenship automatically and randomly selects the families that can receive the benefit. If they are considered eligible, CRAS or the city hall will contact them.
