Families registered in the Single Registry with per capita income less than or equal to half the minimum wage and families with BPC beneficiaries not registered in the Single Registry.
At the moment, the benefit is equivalent to 100% of the average value of a 13kg gas cylinder.
The Gas Aid beneficiary receives the money every 2 months according to the social program's calendar.
Every two months, the Ministry of Citizenship system selects families according to government criteria based on information contained in the Single Registry.
To do this, access the Auxílio Brasil or Caixa Tem apps. Or, call 111 (Caixa Customer Service) or 121 (Ministry of Citizenship Customer Service).
Gas Aid is a social benefit that helps many families living in poverty to obtain a cooking cylinder to prepare their food in a more dignified manner.
