In addition, Auxílio Brasil focuses on improving the development of children and adolescents. In this sense, giving full support in the issue of health and education of this group. Furthermore, Auxílio Brasil promises to be an integrated program, and not just income transfer. Thus, connecting pillars such as income, employment, education and health.
Furthermore, as we mentioned, Auxílio Brasil offers different benefits in order to connect these pillars. See some:
Early Childhood Benefit
In summary, this benefit is R$130 per family member who is a child aged between 0 and 36 incomplete months.
Family Composition Benefit

Benefit for Overcoming Extreme Poverty
Overall, the government designed this benefit to help families in extreme poverty. Thus, these families receive a minimum amount calculated per member.
Child Citizen Aid
As already mentioned, Auxílio Brasil also seeks to influence the education of children and adolescents. Therefore, the child citizen aid is granted to guarantee the child's access to day care centers. In this sense, the values are R$200 for children in part-time and R$300 in full-time.
Compensatory Transition Benefit
The government created this benefit for those who already received money from the Bolsa Família Program and ended up having a reduction in the total financial amount received.
Who is entitled to assistance?
In general, to participate in the program it is necessary to be in a situation of poverty or extreme poverty. In addition, the family must be composed of pregnant women, or breastfeeding mothers, or children and adolescents between 0 and 21 years old.
After all, what does it mean to be in poverty? Basically, family groups in situations of extreme poverty receive R$105.00 or less per capita monthly family income. Families in poverty, on the other hand, have a monthly income between R$105.01 and R$210.00.
Thus, as with most government benefits, to participate it is necessary to enroll in CadÚnico. The Single Registry for Social Programs of the Federal Government gathers data from all these families. Therefore, it is very important that you keep the data updated for at least the last two years.
By the way, to understand if you can register, just look for the person in charge at the city hall of your city. However, it is worth mentioning that registration does not mean that you will receive the benefit. This is because the government conducts an analysis to select families.
How do you know if you will receive assistance in Brazil?
Finally, if you already have your CadÚnico registration and have already made sure that it is up to date, just wait to find out if you will be selected. Therefore, the government makes the automatic selection to distribute the benefit among the families. That is, if you were selected, the Box will send you a warning. Alternatively, it is possible to consult through the Caixa application and by calling 111.
