So, see below how to apply for your Avista credit card.
Order online
First, you must fill out the Avista card proposal through the website. Then, go to the institution's website and click on the button “Make your Avista card now” to access the form.
So, after completing this document, it is necessary to go to a physical store accredited by Avista. But remember to bring your documents: RG, CPF, proof of address and proof of income.
Furthermore, upon approval, you must then go to an accredited physical store of Avista to present the documents and sign the contract so that the request is completed.
