First, there is no way to request the Meu Galo BMG card over the phone. But to ask questions regarding it, call the bank's call center through the numbers:

Request by app
First of all, download the Meu Galo BMG application on your Android or iOS smartphone. However, follow the procedure below:
- First, when the download is complete, open the application and click on “Become a customer”;
- Enter your CPF number;
- Please provide a valid email address;
- However, enter your cell phone number and then accept the terms and conditions;
- A code will be forwarded to the registered number. Upon receipt, inform in the indicated field;
- In the next step, you will find Duda, the virtual assistant who will ask you some personal questions, such as name;
- Finally, send a selfie and all the necessary documentation as requested;
- Confirm all your data!
Ready! Finally, the fan will undergo a credit analysis and, if approved, the card will be sent to the registered home address.
