O que \u00e9 considerado f\u00e9rias pelas leis trabalhistas?<\/h2>\n<\/div>

De acordo com a lei, a Consolida\u00e7\u00e3o das Leis Trabalhistas, as f\u00e9rias s\u00e3o um per\u00edodo de descanso concedido ao trabalhador. Nos artigos 129 e 130 fica especificado que o colaborador s\u00f3 tem direito a f\u00e9rias quando est\u00e1 devidamente registrado. Seja no regime de CLT ou estagi\u00e1rio. <\/p>\n<\/div>

Para os estagi\u00e1rios, as f\u00e9rias podem ser marcadas ap\u00f3s 6 meses de atividades. J\u00e1 para quem trabalha em regime CLT, precisa de 12 meses trabalhados para ter direito a f\u00e9rias. Esse per\u00edodo se chama per\u00edodo aquisitivo.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Nesse sentido, existem algumas especifica\u00e7\u00f5es para a quantidade de dias de f\u00e9rias. \u00c9 poss\u00edvel parcelar as f\u00e9rias de 30 dias com algumas condi\u00e7\u00f5es. Um dos per\u00edodos deve ser superior a 14 dias e os outros n\u00e3o podem ser inferiores a 5 dias. Dessa maneira, n\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel tirar 3 per\u00edodos de 10 dias. <\/p>\n<\/div>

Vale ressaltar que tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 poss\u00edvel vender parte das f\u00e9rias. A legisla\u00e7\u00e3o trabalhista permite que o empregado venda at\u00e9 10 dias das suas f\u00e9rias. Essa pr\u00e1tica se chama abono pecuni\u00e1rio e est\u00e1 prevista na lei. Assim como as f\u00e9rias, o abono tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 pago em at\u00e9 48 horas antes do in\u00edcio do per\u00edodo de f\u00e9rias.<\/p>\n<\/div>
